🚚 Santa's Shipping Workshop

Our elves don't waste any time! 🎄 Every kit is pre-made, packed, and ready to leave the workshop, so orders ship as quickly as possible to help you get ready for Elf Season.

Once your package leaves our workshop, it's in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we wish we had Santa's sleigh, we can't control postal delays or delivery times.

A few important reminders before you check out:

• 📍 We cannot ship to PO Boxes—please use a physical shipping address.
• ✔️ Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't able to guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

📦 Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

Once your order is on its merry way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
